What You need to know about applying

Residential

Applicants: Each person 18 years of age and older must complete an application and submit a driver’s license or other photo ID. Applicants must provide proof of legal and verifiable income.

Credit: Applicants must have good credit history, with a minimum score of 640.

Income: Total household income should be 2.5 times the rent amount and/or sufficient to pay the rent after paying all other open financial obligations listed on credit report or other sources.

Rental History: Positive, verifiable recent rental history from at least two (2) sources not related to you. 

Background Check: Each applicant and co-signer agrees to a background check by submitting an application. Negative reports may result in the application being denied.

Application Fee is $35 and application will be kept on file for 1 year

Commercial

Renting a commercial space is as much about the business as it is the individual.  Please complete the regular rental application, and then we will determine what additional information may be required, such as business income statements, tax returns, etc. Our goal is to create a leasing situation that makes sense for the landlord and the tenant.
