If your credit score is not quite where you’d like it to be yet, I’m happy to announce that Sapphire Select Properties now offers rent reporting for our tenants! Rent is one of the biggest payments people make every month, why not have it count for something? This is an optional service and it’s $4.99 per month, per person. Any of the individuals on the lease can choose to have their rent payments reported to all three credit bureaus: Equifax®, Experian®, and TransUnion®. According to the TransUnion article cited below, customers experienced an average 60 point increase to their score!
